Colonel Raj Kalra is a distinguished entrepreneur, ex-Army veteran, and visionary leader behind the Kuber Group Africa, where he serves as the proud Founder and Group Chairman. Headquartered in Accra, Ghana, the Kuber Group is a prominent eco-friendly infrastructure development partner dedicated to sustainable growth across Africa.
A testament to the company’s commitment to large-scale sustainable development is the successful creation of a 271-acre industrial park in Prampram. With a strong emphasis on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance, Colonel Kalra is at the forefront of the green energy transition. The Kuber Group is actively collaborating with the Nigerian Government to develop a 200 MW PV Solar Plant, while a Green Hydrogen value chain process is set to launch in Ghana, utilizing a hybrid (hydro + solar) power solution.
Colonel Kalra’s extensive experience and unique background are integral to his success. As an ex-Army veteran with an engineering background, he possesses a deep understanding of managing complex and challenging infrastructure projects. Prior to founding Kuber Group, he served as CEO of a renowned heart hospital, where his leadership contributed to saving countless lives. His expertise in business excellence is further highlighted by his leadership of the Six Sigma Business Excellence group at both ABN Amro and the Royal Bank of Scotland in London.
Beyond his role at Kuber Group, Colonel Kalra is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Process Excellence Council (IPEC). His dedication to quality is underscored by his certification in Total Quality Management (TQM) by the Japanese Union of Scientists and Engineers (JUSE) in Tokyo. Brajesh Kumar Singh is a seasoned transformation leader and the Co-Founder and Global CEO of the International Process Excellence Council (IPEC). With over 27 years of experience, he has a proven track record of elevating performance and sustainability for enterprises across four continents, guiding them through large-scale digital and operational turnarounds.
In his prior roles as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer, Brajesh pioneered the adoption of AI-enabled analytics and robotic process automation to drive multi-million-dollar efficiencies. He also embedded robust ESG frameworks that not only reduced resource consumption and mitigated risk but also aligned stakeholders with long-term value creation.
A Six Sigma Master Black Belt and recipient of MIT’s prestigious Fire Hydrant Award, his leadership style blends disciplined Process Excellence with an entrepreneurial mindset, fostering a culture where continuous improvement and innovation thrive.

Uttam Biswas is the Chief Executive Officer of the International Process Excellence Council and the Director of Zinnia Digital Services LLP. A seasoned quality professional, he brings over 22 years of experience in business process re-engineering, training, and management consulting. His expertise spans diverse industries, including Digital & Platform, Manufacturing, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Civil Infrastructure.
A Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean Coach, Uttam leverages methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to drive significant cost reductions and revenue enhancements for organizations.

Uttam has a rich professional background with associations at major companies. He is a visiting faculty member at ICFAI Business School, Gurgaon, where he teaches Supply Chain and Operations Management. His previous roles include driving Lean Digital Transformation at Genpact, Cognitive Quality and Transformation at KPMG, and Business Excellence at Accenture Solutions.
A committed educator, Uttam has delivered over 650 hours of transformation and process improvement training, certifying more than 400 professionals. He has also conducted over 200 hours of guest lectures and mock interviews at various institutes.
Academically, Uttam holds an MBA in Marketing & Operations from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad, and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College. He is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt by QAI Global and as an Internal Auditor by Intertek, UK. His dedication to operational excellence has earned him the Catalyst Award from UnitedHealth Group and appreciation from the CFO of a leading pharmaceutical company.

Sangeet Malhotra is the Chief Operating Officer of the International Process Excellence Council (IPEC). He is a seasoned senior management professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in project planning, control, and digital transformation. A Prince2 Certified and PMP-trained project management expert, he specializes in ensuring projects succeed from inception to completion.
Sangeet’s core strengths lie in end-to-end project implementation and strategic planning. His expertise includes managing multiple projects on a global scale, standardizing processes across countries like the UK, US, France, and India, and leading 11 successful transition projects. He excels in integrating new technologies to streamline operations within set time and cost parameters, consistently delivering strong returns on investment.
In addition to his project management expertise, Sangeet is proficient in defining service standards and governance structures that serve as benchmarks for superior service delivery. His experience spans Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, and Human Resources. Known for his hands-on approach, he has implemented innovative shared-service finance processes. His ability to adapt to new technologies and his strong interpersonal skills allow him to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

Cdr. M. Ramanathan Kumar (Retd.) is the Head of International Certifications at the International Process Excellence Council (IPEC). An experienced consultant and auditor, he specializes in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Cybersecurity, Business Resilience, and Data Privacy. His expertise is built on a distinguished career spanning more than three decades, including 21 years of service in the Indian Navy as a submariner.
Since 2022, Cdr. Kumar has been an independent consultant, providing expert guidance and strategic consulting for the implementation and auditing of information security and privacy controls. He is a Lead Auditor for multiple ISO standards, including ISO 27001 (ISMS), ISO 27701 (PIMS), and ISO 22301 (BCMS). His extensive audit experience includes more than 150 audits across sectors such as BFSI, retail, automotive, and IT services.
Prior to his current role, he held senior consulting positions at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Mahindra Special Service Group. At TCS, he led the information security team for the BFSI vertical, managing cyber risk and business continuity programs. At Mahindra, he developed security roadmaps and provided consulting for ISO 27001 certification.
Cdr. Kumar holds multiple prestigious certifications, including Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). A prolific trainer, he has conducted courses and seminars at institutions such as NIT Trichy and Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, sharing his expertise in information security and business continuity. He holds a Master of Financial Management from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Thiagarajar College of Engineering.

Commander Lingesh, an Indian Navy veteran, has nearly four decades of professional experience. His background spans two decades of distinguished military service as a Submariner, specializing in Telecommunications and Electronic Warfare, and two decades of expertise in Cybersecurity. He is an alumnus of the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, and the prestigious Defence Services Staff College, Wellington, India.
Commander Lingesh spent 15 years with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he served as the Cybersecurity Delivery Head. In this role, he worked closely with Chief Information Security Officers across domains such as Banking and Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Retail. His international experience includes more than seven years in the United Kingdom, where he helped clients strengthen and establish robust information and cybersecurity frameworks.

With a career spanning nearly four decades in digital transformation, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies—including his decorated tenure as Director of the Army IT Cyber Security Establishment—Col. Dhaga embodies a unique blend of strategic foresight and operational excellence. He leverages this experience to navigate the complexities of quantum computing, ensuring its disciplined and impactful integration across key sectors.
A recognized thought leader, his vision is to translate the theoretical power of quantum into tangible, real-world solutions that drive national progress and fortify India’s position on the global stage with military-grade security and reliability.

Deepak Dwivedi is a transformative leader in process excellence and educational innovation, with over 27 years of experience across academic, corporate, and non-profit sectors. As the Founder of 4 Alpha AED Labs, he created the Four Alpha Model, a metrics-based framework comparable to Six Sigma, which has been applied in consulting engagements with the United Nations and several governments.
A Six Sigma Black Belt from the Indian Statistical Institute and a Certified Knowledge Manager from the International Knowledge Management Institute (USA), Deepak has led large-scale process transformations as Country Knowledge Manager at Deloitte Consulting and Senior Consultant at ABN AMRO, where he developed over 2,200 process maps and drove ISO 9001:2008 compliance.
Passionate about education, he has pioneered new curricula in Process Excellence, Behavioral Excellence, and Global Citizenship, and developed AI-integrated learning systems for Quantum Computing at JNTUA, Ananthapur. His contributions to the Draft National Education Policy (NEP) 2030, aligned with the UN SDGs and the Viksit Bharat Vision @ 2047, underscore his ability to bridge process excellence with global sustainable development.
